Shipping Time & Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 499. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on return order.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, email and SMS, once the order is shipped.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused,unworn damages items, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING ORDER
To ensure our cherished customers have a hassle-free return experience, we’ve outlined the steps and guidelines below for returning products purchased from our website:
- Visit our website and locate the “Return” at the top (Link)
- Complete the Return Request form by providing the following information:
- Enter your Order Number
- Input your Email ID/Mobile Number
- Choose the reason for return and select the product. Additionally, upload a video /photo in accordance with the chosen reason.
- Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed. If it meets the criteria mentioned above, it will be accepted within the next 24 working hours. If it doesn’t meet the criteria, you may receive a rejection message.
- After the return process is initiated, it will take 7-8 days for your order to reach our warehouse.
Refunds
The refunds will be initiated once the product passes quality control.
- In the case of COD orders, the shipping cost is non-refundable. Our team will reach out to you for your bank account details, wherein we will process the refund. Please note that this process takes 5-7 days.
- However, for prepaid orders, your refund will be processed directly to your original payment method.
- Shiyara reserves the right to deny a refund if a product doesn’t pass our quality check parameters. In such a case, we will reship the original product to you.
Replacement
- We offer replacements for products where you may face a size and fit issue, are unsatisfied with the quality, or no longer need the product. The return conditions are applicable as mentioned above.
- We will dispatch the replacement within 48 hours after the product has been picked up.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 24 hoursof placing the order. Please email us at Shiyarajewells@gmail.com or raise a ticket on 7021615637 to request a cancellation. We do not provide the provision to cancel the order on the website as of right now.
